The Fontijne Presses LabManual Series is a manually operated hydraulic laboratory press, widely recognized and used in laboratories around the world for sample preparation in quality control and research & development applications.
Depending on the model – 50 or 300 – the LabManual can handle pressing forces up to 50 kN or 300 kN, and temperatures up to 200°C or 300°C. At the same time, it allows for the use of low closing forces when required. Regardless of your chosen settings, the LabManual consistently delivers accurate and uniform results over time.
Thanks to its compact footprint, the LabManual fits easily into any laboratory environment. The closed hydraulic system prevents oil leakage, ensuring clean and safe operation. Designed with maximum safety, ergonomic handling, and user-friendly operation in mind, it makes daily laboratory work straightforward and efficient.

| Active Water Cooling (LabManual 300 only) | Enables rapid cooling of the press plates for applications that require a lower temperature setpoint. Includes an integrated air-blow system that uses compressed air to clean the cooling channels of the press plates, preventing contamination or buildup. |
| Chromed Protection Plates | At higher temperature settings, sample material may adhere to the press plates. This can be easily avoided by using a set of chromed protection plates, ensuring clean and uniform pressing surfaces. |
| Extended Warranty & Maintenance Plan | Upon request, the standard warranty can be extended. Fontijne Presses also offers preventive maintenance and a professional calibration service to keep your LabManual in perfect condition for years to come. |
